Morgan Goes to the Menagerie

Morgan and I dropped off Beth at work and then spent the morning doing errands.  We also dropped by the paint stores to find a new color for Morgan’s room.  In our travels, we found a local artisan that we’ll have build a great hope chest for Morgan.  It will be a cedar chest with her name engraved on the inside and the handles will look like M’s.

In the afternoon, Morgan and I headed over to Auntie Tracey’s for a little visit.

Cousin Camryn and Cousin Taylor gave Morgan a beautiful princess bear mobile (which is already up in her room) and a wheel barrow to help her out in the garden.

Morgan got to ride a dog (Tiko), 3 horses (Misty, Summer, and Ringo), chase a rabbit (Peter), poke at two birds, and pet 3 kitties.

We then headed back and picked up mom from work and headed home.
