One Packed Saturday
U
9:00 am, out the door and on to a moving sale just up the street. Bought a Baby Einstein CD, a colorful toy, and a small green dress for Morgan.
10:00 am, down to the Thrift Store (gotta find some ABBA clothes for Kathy's big shin dig next week). Found some great shirts and tops that will funkify us perfectly.
11:00 am, off to the Craft Fair at Hackett Park. What a showing! Dozens of very talented artists from the West Coast displayed their wares in a profusion of color, sound, and smells. Morgan was absolutely in her element and was much coo’ed over. Beth was in HER element as there was tons to buy =)
1:30 pm, get to Gibsons Marina for their annual BBQ and celebration of 25 years in business (!). Hot Dogs, Beer, music, and terrific company – what a great time! Thank you for ther wonderful gift bag – and congratulations on 25 successful years!
Time for a change of diaper and a top up of Morgan’s fuel tanks.
3:00 pm, back to the Craft Fair and now the serious buying begins; holy smokes! A garden gnome for Morgan’s room, a turtle decoration for our bathroom, earrings for Beth, an oil bowl and hot plate to go with the Denby dishes that Ross and Fiona gave us for our wedding, photo’s galore from the very talented Tella Sametz and a few marvelous wall hangings from Mohammed Asgari (Neofresco), a couple of large serving plates and serving spoons for the kitchen, and who knows what else the Mrs was able to sneak in while I wasn’t looking.
6:00 pm, back home for burgers and beer and a movie.
And that’s how a Saturday is supposed to go.

Very cool (we especially like the nine inch nails renditions =) )
It is hard to believe when I see these pictures that she was only 5lbs 1oz just two short months ago.
