And as an odd coincidence, Morgan got her last baby tooth at the same time.  She is now [knock on wood] back to her proper sleeping routine.

 

We took the girls to Charlotte’s first SPARK class yesterday and she just loved all of the kids.  This year it was held in a library and she was grabbing at all of the books and generally having a great time.

Morgan was in the day care down the hall and she wasn’t having as much fun.  At about the 45 minute mark, she got upset and wanted her mommy.

I took her out and got her some snacks and bit of daddy time while she played on the swings and jungle gym.

This is a fun and informative BC Literacy campaign to help raise awareness of the role reading plays in a childs’ development.

Morgan was a bit wee last time so didn’t get much floor time.  This time she got down and played with other kids.  She had a blast, except there was one girl who made her cry =(  (in her defense, the girl DID have an annoying voice).

She was so tuckered from all the excitement that she fell asleep in her swing.

In the last pictures here, you see her putting into practice her new-found Pythagorean skills by demonstrating how to correctly solve for c, the hypotenuse of a right triangle.

We also have been heavily using her day crib that Morgan’s Great Aunts Donna and Lois gave her.  It’s tough to get a good picture through the electrified mesh, but she’s happy in there!
